From mid-August and throughout the month, building work will resume in the garden and basement of the church to connect the central heating and install a lift for the disabled. This work will involve two areas:
- The staircase in the garden will be dismantled for major repairs and a lift will be installed opposite. Barriers will be installed around the work area. The main staircase leading to the church will remain open at all times.
- The second part of the work will involve connecting the pavilion to central heating. Access to the church basement was opened on 30 July and will be maintained.
